Professional Practice

I am a qualified registered nurse working under the indirect supervision of a practitioner who is a full member of the NZ Society of Cosmetic Medicine. 

Payment 

Full payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise previously arranged with Creative Image Ltd. 

Paying via Credit Card incurs a 1.59% fee, Eftpos & Debit cards do not incur this fee.

Privacy 

Confidentiality is essential and always rigorously maintained. Breaking of confidentiality is only permitted if a client gives permission.
